I purchased this product on September 2 2010. Out of the box I noticed some what of an odor attributed to the foam but this quickly dissipated. This product was great to sleep on for the first month or so, but i have recently started to notice that it seems to be getting softer were i normally sleep on it. So when i lay down it just compresses and doesn't provide near the support or comfort when i first bought it. Also when i remove the sheets you can see an indent in the mattress topper, which will not dissipate even if i don't sleep on it for a night. I bought this topper to the specs for my weight class so there is no reason for this issue to arise. Other than that this is a great product for the price.
