We ordered 2 New "Comfortzen Toppers" one to replace our old one (we bought at Kohls) and one for our daughter. We opened ours..boy that was a challange..took forever to roll it apart...it was a wrinkled puffy and flat. Directions said to lay it out for 24 hours before using it. We then rolled our daughters out. It was so easy and immediatly started to fill out. Well today ours is stll flat and kinked and wrinkled and my daughters was perfect. I was so disappointed so I called the 1-800 number on the warranty card and spoke to Crystal. They were absolutly wonderful! They said it was a defective Topper and they asked me to take pictures of the topper, the tag on the cover, my receipt, and the UPC label from the box and email it to them. I did all this on my phone and sent it to them...5 min later I got a email stating my new Comfortzen Topper had shipped and I would receive it tomorrow!!!! I was so shocked...best customer service ever!
